The breakfast was amazing. I especially loved the variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The beds were comfy, and the boys loved the room, saying it was spacious and well-organized. I found the location convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
I requested a shower to be fixed. It never got done.

The hotel featured a clean bathroom with a shower and a tv on the wall facing the bottom of the bed. bedside cabinet with drawers. A single wardrobe provided sufficient space for clothing, and a unit next to it offered two drawers for additional storage.

Nathan at reception gave a cheerful welcome, he was an asset. Ian in the restaurant was chatty and entertaining. The staff exuded professionalism, which I thought was admirable.

The hotel is close to the town centre. It was on the north pier with a tram stop nearby. This made getting around easy! Though the parking was expensive.

I appreciated the friendly staff who were kind to my dog. My room felt very comfortable to me. I found it advantageous that we were very near everything we needed, the beach and tram stops. I loved how short the walk was to the tower!
The shower could benefit from some anti-mold spray for the grouting.

the bathroom was not properly cleaned. i found poo in the toilet bowl, and there was no toilet roll or toiletries available. this lowered my expectations significantly.
